VINH LONG

Vinh Long is one of the most scenic provinces in the heart of Mekong Delta, situated between the Tien River and the Hau River. Its capital town, which also bears the same name Vinh Long, is 136 km from Ho Chi Minh City. The area is well known for its land fertility and the production of rice and tropical fruits. Touring in Vinh Long includes boat trips to the many beautiful small islands in the river and a visit to the Khmer villages with many ancient pagodas of the Khmer architecture.
