The goods bought in Vietnam are not yet eligible for VAT refund.

Voltage: 127/220 V; Plugs A, C & G (Plugs have either two round or flat prongs). You will need a voltage converter and plug adapter to use 110-volt appliances, even though some outlets will correspond to American plug types and voltages. We recommend getting a universal adapter and converter kit.

If your nationality out of the list of 81 countries for E-Visa, you are required to obtain Visa Upon Arrival with the Approval Letter in advance.
